We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kendamil wardrobe. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your garments in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
